DESCRIPTION

Thyme essential oil has been used therapeutically since 1589, while it has been included in many pharmacopeias since 1949. -The European Medicines Agency (EMA) describes its expectorant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiseptic properties. -Ιts benefits contribute to the treatment of upper respiratory tract infections, bronchitis symptoms and cold coughs. -Its therapeutic effect is attributed to thymol, the main active ingredient of the essential oil.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

For a sense of freshness in your space, add 5 drops of essential oil to the diffuser. For relaxation, add 2 drops of essential oil to your bath and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. For cough relief, add one drop of essential oil to half a cup of water and rinse your mouth. Do not swallow.
