RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, we provide you with the option to return or replace it with a new product or products of equal or greater value than the one being replaced.

Product return

Product returns are possible within thirty (30) days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the products must not have been opened, tampered with or damaged and must be in the original packaging in which they are enclosed and without their labels removed. In the event that the product is opened, the company must be notified within five (5) days of receipt by the customer. If the product you received is not part of a special offer that allows for a free return, you will be charged the cost of reshipping the product. In this case, you can choose the courier service that suits you or contact us to provide you with the contact details of our partner courier service. If the product is received by us in good condition, within the original packaging in which it was delivered and without any damage or deterioration, the company will proceed to the refund of the price within five (5) working days at the latest. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Product not meeting the desired specifications

Our company applies strict control procedures before making products available through the online store. In the unfortunate event that you receive a product that does not meet the expected specifications, you may request a replacement within thirty (30) days of receipt and provided that it is reshipped in the original packaging and with all original labels attached. In this case you can send the product to our store by courier service or deliver the product directly to our store.
After we receive the product, we check your report that it does not meet the expected specifications and if we verify your report, we proceed to replace the product. In the event that you have opened/removed the original packaging of the product, our company will be notified within five (5) days of receipt of the product from you.
