The Company is not responsible and is not bound for errors due to omission during the registration of electronic data in the store.

• Our online store sells natural cosmetics, dietary supplements, natural and essential oils, organic proteins, health products and accessories.
• The basic characteristics of each product are included in the description of that product.
• In case a product appears to be out of stock in the online store, the Customer can contact the Company to ask if there is a possibility that the product may be in stock again so that he/she can order it.

The prices of our products include VAT.

Our Company reserves the right to change prices at any time. Any price change will not affect orders already placed, unless the price change is due to a change in the VAT rate.

The order of the products is made by filling in and sending the special order form in the online store. Before submitting the order, the Customer becomes aware of the terms of sale of the products he/she wishes to acquire through a special link and then chooses to activate a relevant indication stating “I have read and agree with the Terms and Conditions of the website”. By this marking, the Customer expressly and unconditionally declares that he/she has received a clear and understandable understanding of these transaction terms before submitting his/her order.

The products ordered are not binding on the Company until the Customer receives the confirmation of acceptance of the order from the Company, as described below. The order is considered to have been received by the Company as soon as the Customer receives an Order Status Confirmation with the indication “Order Confirmation”.

In case of orders with out of stock products, orders will not be available.

The Customer is entitled to withdraw from the sales contract  under the terms and conditions of our Return Policy.

There is no right of withdrawal:
