DESCRIPTION
Flaxseed oil is edible and can be consumed raw, but is not recommended for frying. Some of its benefits:
-Flaxseed oil is rich in alpha-linolenic acid (ω-3) and linoleic acid (ω-6) and as a source of those essential fatty acids it can increase energy levels of the body and reduce fatigue.
-It is used to prevent vascular and brain disorders, conditions of the retina, especially in infants, and hormonal imbalances that are related to essential fatty acid deficiency.

-Increased Omega-3 fatty acid levels in the diet increase the flexibility of red blood cells to pass through the capillaries and blood vessels and reduce clots.
-Studies show that flaxseed oil, when administered to animals exposed to toxic chemicals, prevents any abnormalities in their development.
-It reduces skin sensitivity and roughness, increases moisture levels and makes the complexion smoother.
