It supports skin barrier function and moisturizes the skin. It has antioxidant action, protects from oxidizing stress and neutralizes free radicals. Milk Thistle oil improves the detoxifying function of the liver and contributes to toxin elimination from the body.
How to use
After cleansing massage it into the skin for nourishment and protection.
You can mix it with other oils such as Almond oil.
You can use it to prepare sauces, in salads and in dishes with rice or chicken.
