Why we formulated it
Mint essential oil is helpful in cases of lack of mental concentration or mental fatigue, as it promotes mental clarity and revitalizes the spirit. It is an excellent antidepressant and helps relieve anger, hysteria and nervous trembling. It helps reduce symptoms of the cold as it soothes mucous membranes, has antipyretic action and promotes perspiration. It is ideal to treat indigestion and its mild sedative action calms stomach muscles, thus it is ideal to soothe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, colic and travel sickness. It relieves from headache, migraine, toothache, joint and muscle pain and varicose veins. Mint essential oil can be used to treat any kind of skin irritation or itch but in concentration only 1% of the total blend. It is also a great way to repel ants and rodents.
How to use
To promote mental clarity and revitalize the spirit add 6-8 drops of essential oil to the ceramic diffuser. Alternatively, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes.
To relieve aches or arthritis symptoms add 6-8 drops of essential oil in warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. Alternatively, add 15 drops of essential oil to 50 ml of carrier oil of your choice and apply topically.
To relieve from the cold and headache add 6-8 drops of essential oil to the ceramic vaporiser. Alternatively, add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes.
To treat menstrual pain and varicose veins add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. Alternatively, add 15 drops of essential oil to 50ml of carrier oil of your choice and massage the abdomen.

Caution
To be avoided during pregnancy as it is emmenagogue.
Not to be applied undiluted directly onto the skin as it may cause irritation of the skin and the mucous membranes.
To be avoided while breastfeeding as it may reduce breast milk production.
Do not use essential oils undiluted.
Avoid eye contact. In case of contact with the eyes rinse with plenty of water.
In case of pregnancy consult your doctor.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Tighten well the vial cup before storing it.
