Fir essential oil is produced from the Abies alba plant, an evergreen coniferous tree, and exhibits antioxidant and antiseptic properties. According to research, it positively contributes to reducing anxiety and improving sleep quality, as it reduces the activity of the sympathetic nervous system, the heart and blood pressure. It is also indicated for respiratory problems, such as asthma and bronchitis. It is also widely used in perfumery, thanks to its woody aroma.
How to use
Caution
Always use the lowest estimated dose of essential oil.
Do not use undiluted.
