Why we formulated it
Spearmint essential oil, closely related to Peppermint, is widely used in aromatherapy and in cases of respiratory disorders such as sinusitis or bronchitis. It decongests and eases respiration. It uplifts the spirit and contributes to proper mental function, while it eliminates mental fatigue. It is extremely useful for the proper function of the digestive system. It calms flatulence, constipation, diarrhea and vomiting. It calms the hiccups and nausea. It is recommended to use while traveling. It is used to effectively relieve itch.
How to use
To ease respiration and feel relief put 6-10 drops of essential oil onto a tissue and take deep breaths.
To promote the proper function of the digestive system add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes. Alternatively, add 15 drops of essential oil to 50 ml of carrier oil of your choice and massage gently your entire body.
To uplift the spirit and eliminate mental fatigue add 6-10 drops of essential oil to the ceramic diffuser.

Caution
Spearmint essential oil can extremely irritate the skin. Use it cautiously and always diluted.
Do not use essential oils undiluted.
Avoid eye contact. In case of contact with the eyes rinse with plenty of water.
In case of pregnancy consult your doctor.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Tighten well the vial cup before storing it.
