QUALITY POLICY OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF THE BUSINESS “PHYSIS LABORATORY”

The main policy objective is that our customers remain satisfied by the products offered by our company (Laboratory for the Preparation of Homeopathic & Galenical Formulations). 

In order to achieve high levels of satisfaction we apply, substantiate, abide by the Quality Management System (QMS) and constantly try to improve it. That way, we aspire to prevent errors at every level of function as well as to upgrade our products.

The human resources of the company make sure that the required specifications are upheld in every stage of the production, of the products offered by our pharmacy..

Specifically, the company is bound to fully abide by the law and regulation requirements regarding its operation, its products and the principles of the ELOT EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Additionally, the administration of the company is bound to fully abide by the customer’s  demands and the competent authorities regarding the quality of the products (galenical & homeopathic formulations), by constantly taking into consideration the new scientific and legislative facts about the offered products, by using the best available technology.

The administration of the company due to its commitment to the QMS and according to the policy objective, sets, reviews, reinvents and redefines the Quality Objectives. Moreover, the company inspects and evaluates the efficiency of the function at every level, according to the methodology determined by the QMS and analyzes the risks and the opportunities.
