TRADING POLICY OF THE PHARMACY
Physis Laboratory is a pharmacy located in Thessaloniki, Greece. Established in 1972, our pharmacy is among the most popular ones of Northern Greece, providing a wide range of goods, such as pharmaceutical products (drugs are available only at the physical store), cosmetics, hygiene and personal care products as well as alternative treatment and care products (this kind of products are available only at the physical store), product sectors on which we have acquired advanced knowledge within the years. Our specialization has given us the ability to provide our clients with the right solutions for their health. We have also established a network of reliable partners in order to meet our customers’ needs in the right way and in time. This structure helps us confront malfunctions that might come up and build trust in the relationships with our customers by following customer driven practices during our trading activities. Within this framework, we state in the text that follows important information regarding the procedure and the rules that are followed according to the trading policy of the shop.
B. PRODUCT ORDERS THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE
Our online store, which operates through our website “https://farmakiotisfisis.gr/”, is the online extension of our physical store, which is located at 25is Martiou 66, Thessaloniki (Phone number: 2310 311 528 • 6941 478 08). Products of the following categories “CARE AND HYGIENE - FACE (CREAMS) - CARE AND HYGIENE - BODY/HAIR (CREAMS, SHAMPOO) - NUTRITION (SUPPLEMENTS, TINCTURES), WELLNESS (ESSENTIAL OILS, NATURAL OILS, CREAMS)” are available at our online store. There are products on view, at the online store of our pharmacy, that are either immediately available depending on the stock in our physical store or they can be distributed to customers shortly after ordering them. Product orders that are placed through our online store are carried out within 1-3 working days within Greece and 1-7 working days abroad.
Our company provides alternative ways of payment to facilitate customers who are interested in placing an order through our online store. The payment of the ordered products can be carried out using the following choices:
-Via debit card, a process in which the safety of the transaction is achieved by using the security protocol SSL Certificate - Lets encrypt. In this case, before the completion of the purchase, the user is automatically redirected to the secure online environment of the collaborating bank providing his card details. The company does not have access to the customer’s payment details, such as his card number.

During the completion of your purchase by choosing one of the aforementioned ways to pay, you can chose the way you would like to receive your products. The available shipping methods are the following:
a. Shipping via courier: In this case, our store hands over the products to the collaborating courier company “ELTA COURIER”, in order to deliver the products to the stated address during the order placement. The customer is charged for the shipping costs, which are prepaid with the completion of the payment. The amount corresponding to the shipping costs is clearly displayed on your screen before it is added to the total amount of payment and it changes according to the destination and the current price list of the collaborating courier company. If the order is shipped within Greece, the delivery is completed within one (1) to three (3) working days since the date of the payment. If the order is shipped abroad, the delivery is completed within one (1) to seven (7) working days since the date of the payment.
b. In-store pickup: The customer can pick up his order from our physical store located at 25is Martiou 66, Thessaloniki (Phone number: 2310 311 528, Mobile: 6941 478 080), during the opening hours of the pharmacy (Monday: 8.30 - 15.00, Tuesday: 8.30 - 14.30, 17:00-21:00, Wednesday: 8.30 - 15.00, Thursday: 8.30 - 14.30, 17:00-21:00, Friday: 8.30 - 14.30, 17:00-21:00, Saturday: 9.30 - 14.30), by choosing “in-store pickup” while placing the order. In this case, the pharmacy will notify you via e-mail or by calling you if you wish, when your order is ready to be delivered.
E. CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER BEFORE THE DELIVERY
You have the opportunity to cancel your order within twenty-four (24) hours since the order placement and before the shipping of the order is completed, by sending an e-mail at the following e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us at 2310-311582, mentioning your full name, the order number and the reason of cancellation. Our store will credit your account with the amount of payment within ten (10) days since the cancellation, in case you have already fulfilled the payment of your order.
If you are not satisfied with the product that was delivered to you, you have the opportunity to return or replace it with another product (or products) of equal or higher value. The detailed process is described below:
a. Product return: The products can be returned within thirty (30) days since the delivery. The product should not have been opened, distorted or destroyed and must be in its original saleable condition in order to be replaced. If the product has been opened, the company must be notified within five (5) days since the day it was delivered to the customer. If the product is not part of a special offer that allows the free return of the product, the customer is charged with the shipping costs in order to send the product back to our store. In this case, you can use the courier company of your choice or contact us to give you the contact details of our collaborating courier company. If you wish to return the product, you can send us an e-mail at email@example.com or call us at 2310-311528, mentioning your full name, your contact details and the reason why you request the return. Once the product has been received by our store, intact and in its original salable condition, we will credit the bank account number, which you will send us via e-mail, with the corresponding amount within ten (10) days since the arrival of the product at our store.
b. Product replacement: The replacement of a product with another product (or products) of equal or higher value is possible if it is requested within thirty (30) days since the day of delivery of the product that was ordered initially. The product that is to be replaced must be intact and in its original saleable condition in order to be replaced with another one. If the product is not part of a special offer that allows the free return of the product, the customer is charged with the shipping costs in order to send the product back to our store. In this case, you can use the courier company of your choice or contact us to give you the contact details of our collaborating courier company. In order to return the product you wish to be replaced, you can send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 2310-311528, mentioning your full name, your contact details and the reason why you request the replacement. If the product you returned is intact and in its original saleable condition, our store will issue and send you a credit invoice which you can use for your future purchases.
G. PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT FULFIL THE DESIRED REQUIREMENTS
Our pharmacy conducts strict quality checks before the products become available at our online store. In case you receive a product that does not fulfil the expected requirements, you can request a replacement within thirty (30) days since the delivery of the product if the product is returned intact and in its original saleable condition. In this case, you can send the product back to our store via courier or directly deliver it to our store. As soon as we receive the product, it will be thoroughly inspected and if it does not fulfil the expected requirements, it will be replaced. If you have opened/ removed the packaging of the product, our company should be notified by you within five (5) days since you received the product.

The current website as well as the photographs, pictures, informational and graphical content, depictions, drawings, data, software and trade marks that appear or they are uploaded or displayed on the current website, compose, except for the cases that refer to asserted third party rights, intellectual/industrial rights of Physis Laboratory (Beneficiary) and are protected by the National and Communal framework about intellectual and industrial property. Consequently, any non authorized copy, reproduction (digital or other one), transmission, downloading, display, shipping, promotion, distribution, resale, commercial exploitation, misleading use or false representation of the content of the current website, without the beneficiary’s consent, is strictly forbidden. In case of violations of the intellectual/industrial property rights, our pharmacy is authorized to institute the relevant legal proceedings.
